I did one of those 25-day challenges on my personal Facebook pages – 25 push-ups for 25 days to raise awareness of mental health issues. Part of the fun for me was to do 25 different types of push-ups. There’s a big mix here – some are best for power development, others hit the core hard, some are excellent for martial arts/boxing, while others will help for shoulder and chest strength or even sports where you need to react quickly.
